Return Policy:

We offer the opportunity to return our products ordered from RAINS. You have 30 days from the day of receipt to return any intact items and receive a refund.

Please note, currently we do not offer exchanges unless the goods are faulty or wrong items are delivered. If you need a different size or another style you will need to return and place a new order.

Customers are responsible for shipping back products at their cost. Original shipping cost will not be refunded.

Refund requests for online purchases cannot be fulfilled in our physical Rains Stores.
